The San Francisco Business Times recently released their list of 2016’s Most Influential Women in Bay Area Business, which featured three well known Cushman & Wakefield leaders in Northern California, Rhonda DiazCaldewey, Kazuko Morgan and Karen Vincent.

150 Passionate Leaders
The annual Most Influential Women in Business publication celebrates approximately 150 women business leaders in real estate, law, technology, financing, education, health care and other industries. The Business Times says, “These women work in diverse fields, but all share a passion for what they do. They are leaders in their organizations and their communities.”

Rhonda DiazCaldewey
Rhonda DiazCaldewey services urban retailers and owners for urban mixed-use retail, lifestyle centers, hospitality and restaurant requirements. Her productive and acclaimed career has generated a transactional value in the billions. A native of San Francisco’s progressive and pioneering culture, Rhonda has facilitated some of the city’s highest profile retail, entertainment and food & beverage transactions. She is a recognized leader and industry advisor both locally and to high profile projects and food & beverage and hospitality personalities nationally. Kazuko Morgan

She is consistently one of Cushman & Wakefield’s top producing professionals. Kazuko is also among the multi-winners of this prestigious award.

Karen Vincent
Karen Vincent is based in San Francisco and focuses on developing and enhancing strategies to drive performance for Cushman & Wakefield’s occupier clients with global, national and regional portfolios. Her clients hail from the technology, financial, and professional services sectors.
