2015: A Banner Year
Cushman & Wakefield’s Walnut Creek office enjoyed a banner year in 2015. Demonstrating their increasingly growing market position, the Walnut Creek office had a record production year across all service lines. The office executed regional, national and international business on behalf of their clients.
Major Transactions
Some of the major transactions included the expansion of Ellie Mae’s headquarters, the sale and acquisition on behalf of Black Mountain Construction-Development, the pre lease of the 236,000 SF Greenwood Commerce Center for New York Life
and the relocation of Del Monte Foods from San Francisco to Contra Costa County.
